I was hoping get a little help on this subject.

Currently, I am trying to bulk my legs up, but I just started to do spinning twice a week and I also start mtb on Sundays.

I do spinning the same day I work my legs out...then i wait 2 days before me next spinning session

Is this over doing it? Will my legs grow or just define...or both

You have to do squats & leg sled.

you must eat

Squats, leg presses, and deadlifts help too. Squats are a must though. Most people are too lazy to do them. Don't try to rationalize not doing them by saying "well, at least i'm doing leg presses and using one of these stupid leg machines." No squats = small legs.

As an amatuer Bodybuilder and someone who's got big legs I can tell you that you need to rethink what you want because doing legs on the same day as spinning will not only be counterproductive but will ultimately lead to not getting those bulky legs.

Essential quad exercises include leg press, squats, and leg extensions.

If you decide not to leg press or squat a great exercise to substitute would be hack squat.

Essential hamstring exercises include lying down leg curls and standing leg curls.

An alternate exercise for hamstrings or you may include in your workout would be seated hamstring curls.

Always remember to warm up with at least 5-10 minutes of cardio and always stretch before and during your workout.

Make sure you have had plenty of carbs in your system about 60-90 minutes prior to an intense leg training program. I'd try supplementing with a product like no xplode or something that will give you an extra boost before legs.

Don't forget one-legged squats and squatting front kicks. Both pack on the bulk, power and balance; most other exercises are one or two out of three.
